本文提出,完善检察人员执法过错责任追究机制不光要从制度本身着手,还要从权责匹配和相关议事机制的角度加以论证和完善。 This paper puts forward that perfecting the investigation mechanism of prosecutors’ responsibility of law enforcement fault should not only proceed from the system itself, but also prove and improve it from the perspective of the matching of rights and responsibilities and the related mechanisms of deliberation.
