本研究建立了棉铃虫细胞色素P450和细胞色素b5的定量测定方法,研究了它们在棉铃虫六龄幼虫中肠、脂肪体和体壁中的分布特点,结果表明它们均在中肠中含量最高,脂肪体中次之,体壁中最低,这种分布特点说明棉铃虫的中肠是代谢外源化合物的最主要场所。并研究发现棉铃虫抗性品系六龄幼虫中肠细胞色素P450含量及三龄幼虫微粒体艾氏剂环氧化活性分别为敏感品系的1.8和3.2倍,这表明了棉铃虫细胞色素P450与抗药性具有密切关系。
In this study, a quantitative method for the determination of cytochrome P450 and cytochrome b5 in cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) was established. Their distribution in the midgut, fat body and body wall of the sixth instar larvae of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) was studied. The results showed that they all had the highest content in midgut , Followed by fat body and the lowest in body wall. The distribution of this kind of distribution indicates that the midgut of cotton bollworm is the most important place for metabolizing exogenous compounds. The results showed that the content of cytochrome P450 in midgut of sixth-instar larvae of cotton bollworm and the epoxidation activity of microsomal aldrin in third-instar larvae were 1.8 and 3.2 times higher than that of susceptible strain respectively, Pigment P450 and drug resistance are closely related.
