根据十字头球铁铸件的形状、尺寸、材料等特点,采用传统设计方法与计算机辅助设计相结合的方式对其铸造工艺进行设计。采用砂型铸造工艺方案,确定该球铁件的凝固原则、浇注位置和分型面等;确定了该铸件的铸造工艺参数;设计了浇冒系统;绘制了铸件图、铸造工艺图、铸型装配图等。根据铸造工艺文件,进行了凝固过程模拟,并对模拟结果进行了分析讨论。
According to the crosshead ductile iron casting shape, size, material and other characteristics, using the traditional design methods and computer-aided design of the combination of its casting process design.
