采用铜模铸造法制备了Pr60Ni25Al15大块非晶合金,利用三点压弯式黏度仪,测定了Pr60Ni25Al15在玻璃转变点附近的黏度,得到了它的动力学脆性系数和流变激活能分别为:m=31.66,E=10689.17K,表明大块非晶合金Pr60Ni25Al15是一种强液体.分析了合金在过冷态的流变激活能变化规律,发现流变激活能的变化并不符合Kivelson的Super-Arrhenius公式.而且发现,非晶的流变激活能和晶化激活能之间存在着正比关系.
Pr60Ni25Al15 bulk amorphous alloy was prepared by copper mold casting. The viscosity of Pr60Ni25Al15 near the glass transition point was measured by three-point pressure-bending viscometer. The kinetic brittleness coefficient and rheological activation energy were obtained as follows: m = 31.66, E = 10689.17K, indicating that bulk amorphous alloy Pr60Ni25Al15 is a strong liquid.Analysis of the variation law of the rheological activation energy of the alloy in the supercooled state, we find that the change of the rheological activation energy does not accord with Kivelson’s Super -Arrhenius formula and found that there is a direct relationship between the rheological activation energy of amorphous and the activation energy of crystallization.
