本文用差分方法求解药物分子扩散方程，给出了数值解的空间和时间图像，并初步分析了肿瘤组织中存在的生理屏障及结合和代谢作用对药物分子扩散的影响。
In this paper, the differential method is used to solve the drug diffusion equation, the space and time images of the numerical solution are given, and the effects of the physiological barriers and the binding and metabolism of drugs on the diffusion of drugs are analyzed preliminarily.
