一、前言关于高温氯化铵介质中的选材问题迄今未得到满意解决。即使是耐蚀性很好的钛也容易发生缝隙腐蚀。国外研究了含氧阴离子在卤化物溶液中对钛的缓蚀作用。1964年Cotton发现卤化物溶液中加SO_4~(2-)可以抑制钛的氧化膜破裂。1973年T.Koizumi通过实验提出SO_4~(2-)在NaBr溶液中对钛点蚀的缓蚀效果、比NO_3~-、CrO_4~(2-)、PO_4~(3-)、CO_3~(2-)
I. Preface The material selection problem in high temperature ammonium chloride media has not been satisfactorily solved so far. Even corrosion-resistant titanium is prone to crevice corrosion. The corrosion inhibition effect of oxygen-containing anions on titanium in halide solution has been studied abroad. In 1964, Cotton found that the addition of SO_4 ~ (2-) in the halide solution can inhibit the titanium oxide film rupture. In 1973, T. Koizumi proposed that the corrosion inhibition effect of SO_4 ~ (2-) on the pitting corrosion of titanium in NaBr solution is higher than that of NO_3 ~ -, CrO_4 ~ (2 -), PO_4 ~ -)
