有些管型的输出窗瓷环高度和壁厚都不到二毫米,又无处开焊料槽。若用焊料丝作焊料的话,金属陶瓷封接后,一部分焊料将爬在和堆积在两边的陶瓷上,若每边爬瓷和堆积半毫米,将会对管子的性能产生严重的影响。为了有效地克服这个难题,我们曾经采用钛镍法工艺,但由于钛镍法封接温度高达970~990℃,某些精密零件变形很大;再加上钛镍法的成品率比钛银铜法低,故没有采用。最后决定采用银铜72~28%片作焊料,进行部件金属陶瓷封接,然后用银铜72~28%丝作焊料,进行整管封接和无排气管排气。封接用的模具对封接用的模具有三个要求:1.在封接温度时,能对封接件施加一定的压力;2.不粘模;3.结构简单,便于装配。
