Gr(?)ntzig等用气囊导管治疗冠状动脉阻塞。气囊导管扩张输尿管是血管成形技术的发展。1955年Goodwin等首先介绍了经皮肾造瘘技术。而介入的放射学的进展已使经皮肾造瘘成为尿路梗阻的首选诊断、治疗手段。我们将Gr(?)ntzig气囊导管的经皮操作技术与泌尿科医生的内窥镜检查能力结合用于5例输尿管狭窄患者的腔内泌尿学治疗。方法:治疗狭窄前先按标准方法完成经皮肾造瘘术。如果顺行扩张狭窄,则将直径0.035英吋的直或J形导丝沿肾造瘘管放入输尿管,使之通过狭窄段。
Gr (?) Ntzig such as balloon catheter treatment of coronary occlusion. Balloon catheter expansion ureter is the development of angioplasty technology. 1955 Goodwin first introduced the percutaneous nephrostomy technology. The progress of interventional radiology has made percutaneous nephrostomy the first choice for diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract obstruction. We used Gr (?) Ntzig balloon catheter percutaneous manipulation techniques in combination with urologists’ endoscopy capabilities for endourological treatment of 5 patients with ureteral strictures. Methods: Percutaneous nephrostomy was performed according to standard methods before treatment of stenosis. If antegrade dilatation is narrow, a 0.035 inch diameter, straight or J-shaped guidewire is placed along the nephrostomy tube into the ureter to pass through the stenosis.
