为探讨外源ABA及其抑制剂对冬小麦抗寒性的影响,以强抗寒小麦品种东农冬麦1号为试验材料,于三叶期分别喷施10μmol/L脱落酸(ABA)和50μmol/L的ABA抑制剂氟啶酮,以水处理为对照,分别于4℃、0℃、-10℃和-25℃取小麦分蘖节进行抗寒相关生理指标的测定。结果表明,随着温度的降低,各处理可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量先升高后降低,脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性逐渐增强;ABA处理的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、Pro含量和SOD活性均高于对照,MDA含量低于对照;氟啶酮处理的各项指标与ABA处理呈相反趋势。说明低温胁迫下,外施ABA可以通过增加植物体内ABA含量,进而增加渗透调节物质含量、提高抗氧化酶活性来提高东农冬麦1号的抗寒性;一定浓度的氟啶酮可作为ABA抑制剂来研究植物的逆境生理。

Under low temperature stress, the application of ABA could increase the ABA content in plants, further increase the content of osmotic adjustment substances, and increase the antioxidant enzyme activity to improve the cold resistance of Dongnong Dongmai 1. A certain concentration of fluoridone could be used as ABA Inhibitors to study plant stress physiology.
