苏一原稳站位于内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市新巴尔虎左旗吉布胡郎图苏木,由于其地理位置以及环境温度的特点,对装置进行一系列的摸索与改造,并在此基础上确定了装置“自平衡”运行方式。通过近2年的考核结果表明,苏一原稳加热炉燃烧气能够达到自给自足目的,节约用干气43×104m3/年,实现装置脱出气“零”排放。并且节约空气压缩系统的建设以及锅炉系统建设的投入。轻烃收率等各项装置参数指标均能符合设计要求,在技术、经济上均适合偏远“极寒”地区且没有干气气源的正压原稳装置。
