用间接免疫荧光双标记方法 ,研究大鼠脊髓 层神经元中神经肽 Y Y1受体与生长抑素共存关系。结果显示在 层深部许多神经元含 Y1受体 -免疫反应性物质 ,只观察到少量的生长抑素免疫反应阳性神经元胞体 ,其中个别 Y1受体阳性神经元也含生长抑素免疫反应性物质 ;在局部使用秋水仙素后 ,大多数 Y1受体免疫反应阳性神经元含有生长抑素免疫反应性物质。推论脊髓背角 层神经元中的 Y1受体可能与生长抑素在脊髓水平的功能有关。
Indirect immunofluorescence double labeling was used to study the coexistence of neuropeptide Y Y1 receptor and somatostatin in rat spinal cortical neurons. The results showed that many neurons in the deep layer contained Y1 receptor - immunoreactive substance, only a small amount of somatostatin immunoreactive positive neurons were observed. Some of the Y1 receptor positive neurons also contained somatostatin immunoreactive substance ; Most of the Y1 receptor-immunoreactive neurons contain somatostatin-immunoreactive substances after local use of colchicine. It is concluded that the Y1 receptor in spinal dorsal horn neurons may be related to the function of somatostatin in the spinal cord.
