建立新型的社会主义市场经济体制,需要迅速造就一支朝气蓬勃的优秀企业家队伍,这已成为人们的共识。然而,当一大批优秀企业家脱颖而出之后,他们中的一部分却因“政绩显著”,被陆续选拔到党政领导班子中。让企业家“入仕为官”成为一种提高企业家社会地位和待遇,调动企业家积极性的激励手段。笔者认为,这种做法不利于企业家队伍的发展和壮大,影响现代企业制度的建立和市场经济目标的实现,必须尽快走出这一误区。
The establishment of a new socialist market economic system requires the rapid establishment of a vibrant and energetic group of outstanding entrepreneurs. This has become the consensus of the people. However, after a large number of outstanding entrepreneurs came to the fore, some of them were successively elected to the party and government leadership due to “significant achievements.” Encouraging entrepreneurs to enter the official position is an incentive to increase entrepreneurs’ social status and benefits and mobilize entrepreneurial enthusiasm. The author believes that this approach is not conducive to the development and expansion of entrepreneurial teams, and affects the establishment of modern enterprise systems and the realization of market economic goals. It is necessary to get out of this misunderstanding as soon as possible.
