利用快速测氢仪、金相组织观察、晶间腐蚀试验及硬度测试等方法,研究了Y对A356合金除气效果、晶间腐蚀性能及硬度的影响。结果表明,Y能有效净化合金熔体,减少铝熔体中的氢含量,降低铸件气孔率;适量的Y能提高合金的耐腐蚀性能和硬度,过量添加则使合金性能有所降低。当Y添加量为0.3%时,100g的A356铝熔体中氢含量为0.16mL,比未添加Y的熔体降低了56%,且合金硬度(HB)增加至73,提高约40%。腐蚀试验表明,添加0.3%的Y时,合金耐腐蚀性改善明显,表层无明显腐蚀坑,腐蚀深度约为145μm,与未添加Y的合金相比,腐蚀深度降低了52%。
The effects of Y on outgassing, intergranular corrosion and hardness of A356 alloy were studied by means of rapid hydrogen analyzer, microstructure observation, intergranular corrosion test and hardness test. The results show that Y can effectively purify the alloy melt, reduce the hydrogen content in the aluminum melt and reduce the porosity of the castings. The proper amount of Y can improve the corrosion resistance and hardness of the alloy, and the excessive addition can decrease the alloy performance. When the amount of Y is 0.3%, the hydrogen content of 100g A356 aluminum melt is 0.16mL, 56% lower than that without Y, and the alloy hardness (HB) is increased to 73, an increase of about 40%. Corrosion tests show that the addition of 0.3% Y improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy with no obvious corrosion pits. The corrosion depth is about 145μm, and the corrosion depth is reduced by 52% compared with the alloy without Y addition.
