飞机液压系统由于油压脉动引起的管道振动是近十多年来国内外航空工业界极为重视的工程实际问题。本文对某机液压系统泵出口管道的振动进行地面模拟试验研究,应用流体管道动态分析技术和试验模态技术来分析该飞机液压管道的压力脉动、应力脉动和机械振动特性,提出以应变振型和脉动应力强度共同控制飞机液压管道应力水平等方法。
The pipeline vibration of the hydraulic system of the aircraft due to the oil pressure pulsation is a practical engineering problem that the aviation industry at home and abroad attach great importance to in the past decade or so. In this paper, the ground simulation test of the vibration of the pump outlet pipe of a hydraulic system was carried out. The fluid pressure fluctuation, stress pulsation and mechanical vibration characteristics of the hydraulic pipe of the aircraft were analyzed by using fluid pipeline dynamic analysis technology and experimental modal technology. And pulsating stress intensity joint control of aircraft hydraulic pipe stress levels and other methods.
