目的分析动脉粥样硬化(AS)程度与患者血清中趋化素(chemerin)和纤连蛋白EDA片段(EDA-FN)水平的相关性。方法 102例颈AS患者根据病症的严重程度分为轻度AS组(轻度硬化组,颈内动脉收缩期峰值流速在125~230 cm/s,动脉内径缩小<30%)和重度AS组(重度硬化组,颈内动脉收缩期峰值流速>230 cm/s,动脉内径缩小>70%),采用ELISA方法测定患者血清中趋化素和EDA-FN的含量,并收集患者的相关临床资料。结果重度硬化组患者血清趋化素含量和EDA-FN水平显著高于轻度硬化组(P<0.05,或P<0.01),AS程度与血清趋化素含量呈正相关(r=0.212,P<0.01),与EDA-FN水平呈正相关(r=0.283,P<0.01)。结论 AS程度与血清中趋化素和EDA-FN水平有相关性。
Objective To analyze the correlation between the degree of atherosclerosis (AS) and the level of chemerin and EDA-FN in patients with sera. Methods One hundred and two patients with neck AS were divided into mild AS group (mild sclerosis group, peak systolic velocity of internal carotid artery at 125-230 cm / s, arterial internal diameter reduction <30%) and severe AS group according to the severity of disease Severe sclerosis group, internal carotid artery peak systolic velocity> 230 cm / s, arterial diameter narrowed more than 70%). ELISA method was used to determine the concentration of chemokines and EDA-FN in serum and clinical data of patients were collected. Results The levels of serum chemokines and EDA-FN in patients with severe sclerosis were significantly higher than those in patients with mild sclerosis (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and the levels of AS were positively correlated with serum chemokines (r = 0.212, P < 0.01), which was positively correlated with EDA-FN level (r = 0.283, P <0.01). Conclusion There is a correlation between the degree of AS and serum chemokines and EDA-FN levels.
