由当今世界低、中速柴油机设计的变化趋势可预测到。船舶柴油机由于增加有效输出功率和广泛使用低级渣油作为燃料,使磨损条件和清洁度变坏,润滑剂环境进一步恶化。本文主要介绍用于评价磨损控制措施的室内试验台及发动机试验技术。着重于船上试验中测定缸套和活塞环磨损的特殊方法,并与室内试验相结合,开发出船舶柴油机高质量的润滑剂。 1 试验台和发动机试验 a.往复运动磨损试验台; b.在Abingdon B—1发动机中采用表层活化技术。 1.1 往复运动磨损试验台由于研制的往复运动磨损试验台能反映出船舶柴油机润滑剂的实际工况,因此它是开发船舶润滑剂很有效的设备。
The trend of the design of low and medium speed diesel engines in the world today is predictable.
