Nearly 40 bridges have collapsed due to damage, overloading and extreme loads (excluding earthquakes) in bridges all over the world. The bridges built by the developed countries such as the United States and Japan during the economic take-off period have the fastest performance degradation and the existing near-United States Of the 600,000 bridges, 28.6% are underperforming and functionally deficient. In the United States, 90% of bridge investment is now spent on renewal and repair and 10% on new bridges. Our country’s bridges will now also be under construction maintenance and management Overhaul period. Therefore, health monitoring and vibration control have become an important way to study and ensure the evolution of large-scale bridge structural disasters.
