本文将临床上诊为Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者46例随机分为两组,甲组以血糖指数较高的粳米、标准粉为主食,乙组以血糖指数较低的三合面为主食配合临床进行饮食治疗。结果表明:后者较前者有较好的降低NIDDM患者空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖的作用,且有明显降低血总胆固醇的作用。
This article will be clinically diagnosed as type 2 diabetes (NIDDM) in 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups, a group of high blood sugar index of japonica rice, the standard powder as the staple food, the second group with a lower glycemic index of the triad as the staple food with Clinical diet therapy. The results showed that the latter is better than the former to reduce fasting blood glucose in patients with NIDDM and postprandial blood glucose 2h, and significantly lower blood total cholesterol.
