本文用Leu 7单克隆抗体,对淋巴结、扁桃体、脾和胸腺内自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的分布,进行免疫组织化学研究。结果证明,NK细胞主要分布在B细胞的分布区,如淋巴结和扁桃体次级淋巴小结的生发中心。在副皮质区和髓质部,也有少数散在的NK细胞。脾脏的NK细胞主要见于脾小结的中心或白髓外周的边缘区,但动脉周围淋巴鞘为阴性。此外,少数NK细胞也见于红髓。胸腺内的NK细胞仅见于髓质部。随年龄增长,胸腺内的NK细胞数目减少。Leu 7抗体也能与胸腺小叶皮质部外周上皮细胞内的角蛋白有交叉反应。淋巴器官的NK细胞形态上颇相似,冰冻和石蜡切片的染色结果一致。
In this paper, the distribution of natural killer (NK) cells in lymph nodes, tonsils, spleen and thymus was studied by immunohistochemistry with Leu 7 monoclonal antibody. The results show that NK cells are mainly distributed in the distribution of B cells, such as lymph nodes and tonsils secondary lymph node germinal center. In the paracortex and medulla, there are also a few scattered NK cells. Spleen NK cells are mainly seen in the center of the splenic nodules or peripheral marginal zone of white pulp, but peripheral lymphatic sheath is negative. In addition, a small number of NK cells are also found in the red pulp. NK cells in the thymus are found only in the medulla. With age, the number of NK cells in the thymus decreases. Leu 7 antibodies also cross-react with keratin in the peripheral epithelial cells of the thymic lobular cortex. NK cells in lymphoid organs are quite similar in morphology, and the staining results of frozen and paraffin sections are the same.
