足部外伤多是急诊,创口有血迹及污物,多是在没有麻醉状况下清洗消毒创口后、采用局部麻醉手术,因麻醉效果差,病人痛苦不堪.2008年5月--2012年8月,我们采用踝周神经阻滞行足部清创术86例,获得满意麻醉效果.报告如下.
