目的：研究健脾生血冲剂的应用价值。方法：使用健脾生血冲剂对１００ 例小儿营养性缺铁性贫血患儿进行临床观察。结果：健脾生血冲剂能提高患儿血红蛋白、血清铁；降低红细胞原卟啉；保证硫酸亚铁的疗效。结论：在改善症状方面健脾生血冲剂优于硫酸亚铁，避免了单纯铁剂治疗所引起的一系列副作用。
Objective: To study the value of Jianpi Shengxu granules. Methods: 100 cases of children with nutritional deficiency of iron deficiency anemia were treated with Jianpi Shengxue granules. Results: Jianpi Shengxue granules can improve hemoglobin and serum iron in children; reduce erythrocyte protoporphyrin; and ensure the efficacy of ferrous sulfate. Conclusions: Jianpi Shengxue granule is superior to ferrous sulfate in improving symptoms and avoids a series of side effects caused by simple iron therapy.
