目的研究荆三棱(Scirpus yagara Ohwi)的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从体积分数80%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为三棱双苯内酯(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、阿魏酸(3)、琥珀酸(4)、壬二酸(5)、二十二烷酸(6)、6,7,10-三羟基-8-十八烯酸(7)、4,4-二甲基-1,7-庚二酸(8)、香草酸(9)、3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(10)、对羟基苯甲醛(11)、原儿茶酸(12)、2,7-二羟基呫吨酮(13)、β-胡萝卜苷(14)。结论化合物1~10、12~14均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1和13首次从藨草属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Scirpus yagara Ohwi. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract and identified as tribenuron diphenyl lactone (1), β-sitosterol (2), ferulic acid (3), succinic acid (5), behenic acid (6), 6,7,10-trihydroxy-8-octadecenoic acid (7), 4,4-dimethyl-1,7- (8), vanillic acid (9), 3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (10), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (11), protocatechuic acid (12) Xanthone (13), beta-daucosterin (14). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 10 and 12 ~ 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 13 were isolated from the genus Rubus for the first time.
