研究了激光选区烧结Ni基金属粉末的熔凝特征。研究发现熔池形状对烧结成形件的凝固特征有重要的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,烧结成形材料呈多层结构 ,且在每一层中显微结构的形貌和成分分布又是不均匀的。并探讨了激光动态烧结成形这种组织结构的基本机制
The melting characteristics of laser-selected Ni-based metal powders were investigated. The results show that the shape of the weld pool has an important influence on the solidification characteristics of the sintered parts. The experimental results show that the sintered materials are multilayered, and the morphology and composition distribution of the microstructures in each layer are not uniform. The basic mechanism of laser dynamic sintering forming of this kind of structure is also discussed
