Exercise-induced hypotension (EIH) is defined herein as systolic blood pressure lower than resting resting systolic pressure at peak exercise. In the past that the mechanism of EIH in patients with coronary heart disease is due to left ventricular systolic dysfunction, decreased cardiac output (CO).
