我厂试制采用少齿差减速机构的调度绞车,由于W输出机构中的等分孔加工误差太大,绞车运转震动很大。为使销轴受力在交替时较为均匀,我们考虑用一种弹性模量较小的材料来代替合金淬火的轴套。我们采用了尼龙1010这种材料制成轴套装上后进行试验,绞车的震动有了明显的减轻,经过一段载荷试验后拆开检查,发现套的内孔增大了许多。我们又在尼龙套的外面加了一个钢套,材料是45~#钢调质,装好试验后情况也较好。绞车运到矿井下运转3个月进行工业性试验,在检修时,未发现尼龙套有任何明显变化。目前,我们又把这一套尼龙套装入绞车中运到矿上继续试验。我们认为:在K—H—V传动中的W机构
I trial plant with a small gear differential deceleration mechanism scheduling winch, due to W output institutions in the hole processing error is too large, winch operation vibration. In order to make the pin shaft force more evenly in the alternating, we consider a material with a lower modulus of elasticity to replace the alloy quenched sleeve. We use a nylon 1010 made of the material after the shaft sleeve on the test, the vibration of the winch has been significantly reduced, after a period of load test opened apart and found that the set of holes increased a lot. We also added a steel sleeve outside the nylon sleeve, the material is 45 ~ # steel quenched and tempered, installed after the test is also better. Winch transported to the mine operation for 3 months for industrial tests, overhaul, did not find any significant changes in the nylon sleeve. At present, we put this set of nylon suit into the winch and transported to the mine to continue the experiment. We think: W institutions in K-H-V transmission
