笔者通过问卷调查、数据分析,对新时期地方高校绩差生产生的主要因素有了较为充分的认识。课题组在此基础上经过大量的文献查阅及针对性访谈,分别从学生主观因素及家庭、学校、教师、社会等客观因素两个维度,深入探究新时期帮扶地方高校绩差生的方法与建议,并总结出了一些帮扶举措。
