聚合物改性沥青在高温存储条件下经常会发生凝聚和离析。目前 ,我国用来评价聚合物改性沥青离析性的推荐方法是“聚合物改性沥青离析试验 (T0 6 6 1- 2 0 0 0 )”。但是这种方法忽略搅拌对改性沥青离析的影响 ;不能模拟实际大容器存储的条件。建议根据相似原理 ,确定试验中盛样管的尺寸和搅拌速率。试验结果表明 ,改进后的离析试验能更准确地反映聚合物与沥青的相容性 ,可以更合理地评价聚合物改性沥青的存储稳定性。
Polymer modified bitumen often agglomerates and separates under high temperature storage conditions. At present, the recommended method used to evaluate the segregation of polymer modified asphalt is “Polymer Modified Asphalt Segregation Test (T0 6 6 1 2 0 0 0)”. However, this method ignores the effect of agitation on the segregation of modified bitumen; the actual container storage conditions can not be simulated. Proposed according to the principle of similarity, determine the size of the trial tube and stirring rate. The experimental results show that the improved segregation test can more accurately reflect the compatibility of polymer with asphalt and can evaluate the storage stability of polymer modified asphalt more reasonably.
