一、引言自最早期的放射治疗以来,人们就已认识到组织或肿瘤的增殖动力学会影响它对放射治疗的反应。1906年,Bergonie和Tribondeau系统阐述了它们的“规律”,指出组织的辐射响应直接与其有丝分裂指数有关。逐渐地在辐射响应与辐射敏感性之间有了差别。快速分裂的组织或肿瘤对辐射的反应是迅速的,尽管通常从最终的剂量限制来说它们不是机体中最敏感的组织。
I. INTRODUCTION Since the earliest days of radiation therapy, people have realized that the proliferation kinetics of tissues or tumors will affect its response to radiation therapy. In 1906, the Bergonie and Tribondeau systems elaborated on their “rules”, pointing out that the radiation response of a tissue is directly related to its mitotic index. Gradually there is a difference between the radiation response and the radiation sensitivity. The rapidly dividing tissue or tumor responds rapidly to radiation, although they are usually not the most sensitive tissue in the body from the ultimate dose limit.
