I. High School English Discipline Education Framework Building language is a part of culture and an important carrier of culture. Any language is “a nation’s sense system and value system that understands and interprets the world, and therefore has nationality and humanity.” ~([1]) English as a discipline that is affiliated with language and literature courses is naturally no exception. In English subject education, we should pay attention to the characteristics of the subject, focus on grasping the essence of language learning, integrate the instrumentality and humanism of the English subject organically, and integrate core values education into language teaching. By sorting out the text content of the current teaching materials, we find that the educating elements of the English discipline are patriotic and international.
