荆门石油化工总厂开发了连续式液相脱氮工艺，建成了５０ｋｔ／ａ工业装置，成功地将液相脱氮剂应用于工业生产。装置运行及标定结果表明，采用ＷＳＱ－２脱氮剂，能有效脱除润滑油基础油中的氮化物，特别是碱性氮化物，显著改善基础油的氧化安定性。选择合适的剂油比，用南阳减压三线脱蜡油经该工艺处理后，旋转氧弹试验的诱导期由１３０ｍｉｎ上升至２００ｍｉｎ以上，达到深度精制基础油标准。
Jingmen Petrochemical Plant has developed a continuous liquid nitrogen removal process, built a 50kt / a industrial unit, the successful application of liquid nitrogen removal agent in industrial production. The operation of the device and calibration results show that the WSQ-2 denitrifying agent can effectively remove nitrides, especially basic nitrides, from the lubricating base oil and significantly improve the oxidation stability of the base oil. Select the appropriate ratio of oil to solvent, with Nanyang decompression three-line dewaxing oil by the process, the induction period of the rotary oxygen bomb test rose from 130min to 200min, reaching the depth of refined base oil standards.
