前言为爭取粮食作物高额丰产,提高人民生活水平,加速社会主义建設;从各方面深入研究丰产小麦的生物学特性,进一步掌握和利用这些优良特性和結构,为今后继续爭取高額丰产提供形态解剖学上的指标是非常重要的。 1959年中国科学院生物学部小麦丰产試驗研究小組和1960年河南农学院农学系60級学生对小麦优良品种南大2419的茎节解剖构造都进行了观察研究;然而在各生育期中对其內部构造的系統观察还显不足,因此我們于1961年結合我院丰产試驗,依照各生育期系統观察了丰产小麦品种南大2419的叶色变化阳根、茎的內部結构。
