和谐校园是和谐社会的重要组成部分,构建和谐校园是高校工会义不容辞的职责。基层＂教工小家＂建设在构建校园和谐的民主政治氛围、和谐的劳动关系、和谐的育人氛围、和谐的校园文化氛围、和谐的帮扶体系及营造和谐友爱的小＂家＂等六个方面发挥着其它工作机构不可替代的作用。
