Most crucially, some of today’s left-wing theorists, such as Zizek, have fully realized the critical and revolutionary roots of these four discursive theories. Today, these four discourses, especially the universal discourse, have become the new weapon of leftist criticism of capitalism. We can also interpret the development of contemporary capitalism from a completely new perspective and find the direction for the future society.
