根据会泽磷矿化学组分和高灼失量、机械强度差等物化特性,论述会泽风化磷矿选择烧结处理的优越性,对比分析会泽磷矿预处理前后的经济技术指标。指出国内黄磷生产企业只有重视磷矿预处理,方能充分利用不可再生资源,达到稳定生产,节能降耗,可持续发展及磷矿资源的长期稳定供给。
According to the physicochemical characteristics of Huize phosphorite, such as high burning loss and poor mechanical strength, the advantages of selective sintering of Huize zeolite are discussed, and the economic and technical indexes before and after Huize phosphorite are compared and analyzed. It is pointed out that domestic yellow phosphorus producers only make full use of non-renewable resources to achieve stable production, save energy and reduce consumption, sustainable development and long-term stable supply of phosphate rock resources.
