1病例报告患者,35岁。2005年5月因停经50天,少量阴道流血3天就诊,门诊化验尿妊娠试验(+),血-βHCG102 U/L。妇科检查:宫体前位、正常大小、质中、活动、无压痛;左附件区扪及直径5 cm左右包块,活动、无压痛。即行阴道超声检查发现:右卵巢旁见混合性包块,大小23 mm×24 mm×20 mm 1 case report patient, 35 years old.
