职业院校培养的是生产应用型的技术人才,实现这一教育目标离不开一支过硬的“双师型”教师队伍。本文在在明确“双师型”教师的内涵、外延,全面把握其核心概念的基础上,对职业院校“双师型”教师的培养途径、认定办法和激励机制做出了详细的分析,提出相应的对策和解决办法。
