传统网络计费一般采用单一计费原则,不能体现多级服务的差异性,也不能验证收取费用的合理性。为了解决这些问题,设计了一种基于QoS(Quality of Service)和SLA(Service Level Agreement)的计费策略,并在Linux环境下进行了系统实现,整个系统模块包括用户SLA签订、用户认证和配置、接纳控制、数据采集和计费处理。在实验室环境下,进行了系统功能验证和计费策略对比分析,结果表明基于QoS和SLA的计费系统可以较好地解决传统网络计费方式存在的不足,满足下一代网络应用发展的需要。
Traditional network charging generally adopts the single charging principle, which can not reflect the difference of multi-level services and can not verify the reasonableness of charging fees. In order to solve these problems, a charging strategy based on Quality of Service (QoS) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) is designed and implemented in a Linux environment. The entire system module includes user SLA signing, user authentication and configuration , Admission Control, Data Acquisition and Accounting Processing. In the laboratory environment, the comparison of system function verification and charging strategy is carried out. The results show that the charging system based on QoS and SLA can well solve the shortcomings of the traditional network charging mode and meet the needs of the next generation network application development .
