某汽车横向稳定杆在进行道路综合耐久实验时未达到使用寿命即发生断裂。对失效稳定杆进行了金相检验、化学成分分析和硬度测试。结果表明,稳定杆化学成分正常,硬度偏低,断裂处存在两个裂纹源,同批杆件上与断件相近位置处有压痕。由此判定,早期压痕是引起断裂的主要原因。
A car transverse stabilizer bar in the road when the comprehensive durability test does not meet the service life that is broken. Failure of the stability of the rod metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis and hardness testing. The results show that the stabilizer bar has normal chemical composition and low hardness. There are two sources of cracks at the fracture site. There are indentations in the same batch of bars at the positions close to the broken pieces. Judged from this, early indentation is the main cause of fracture.
