我们设计出一种应用空间频率响应法测量 CRT 光点尺寸的新型矩形光栅。结构设计是以符合傅里叶变换原理的一种新概念为依据的。本文介绍了结构设计的细节。新光栅已成功地用在配有微机自动处理测量数据的微光点分析仪上,可测的光点尺寸范围为8—322微米。多次重复测量光点的尺寸,其离散度低于2%。结果表明,这种新光栅结构特别适用于配有微机的微光点分析仪,来测量高分辨率小型 CRT 的光点尺寸。
We have devised a new type of rectangular grating that measures the size of the CRT spot using the spatial frequency response method. The structural design is based on a new concept conforming to the principle of Fourier transform. This article describes the details of the structural design. The new grating has been successfully used in micro-spot analyzers equipped with a microcomputer that automatically processes the measurement data and has a measurable spot size range of 8-322 microns. Repeated measurements of the size of the spot, the dispersion is less than 2%. The results show that the new grating structure is particularly suitable for micro-spot spectrometer equipped with a microcomputer to measure the spot size of a high-resolution compact CRT.
