基于能力本位的情境教学在助产学教学中的应用

目的探讨基于能力本位的情境教学在助产学教学中的应用效果。方法将2013级助产专科1、2班随机分为实验班和对照班,实验班61人,采用基于能力本位的情境教学;对照班62人,采用传统课堂教学。比较两班理论和技能考核成绩,课程学习前后学生自主学习能力水平;调查实验班对教学效果的评价。结果实验班理论和技能考核成绩均优于对照班,大部分学生认为基于能力本位的情境教学有利于培养合作学习、沟通等能力;课程学习后实验班自主学习能力量表总分显著高于对照班,且总分及学习动机、计划和实施、人际沟通3个维度得分显著高于课程学习前。结论基于能力本位的情境教学能有效促进学生对助产学理论知识和专业技能的掌握,提高教学效果,培养学生综合职业素质与自主学习能力。 Objective To explore the application of situational teaching based on competency-based in midwifery teaching. Methods Class 1 and 2 of midwifery of 2013 were randomly divided into experimental class and control class with 61 students in experimental class. Contextual teaching based on competency standard was used. There were 62 students in control class, and the traditional classroom teaching was adopted. Comparison of two classes of theory and skills examination results, before and after the class learning ability of independent learning; investigation experimental class evaluation of teaching effectiveness. Results Experimental class theory and skills test scores were better than the control class, most students think that situational teaching based on competency-based teaching is conducive to fostering cooperative learning and communication skills. The total scores of self-study ability scale in experimental class after the course is significantly higher than that of the control Class, and the total score and learning motivation, planning and implementation, interpersonal communication scores were significantly higher than the three dimensions before the study. Conclusion Situational teaching based on competency-based teaching can effectively promote students ’mastery of theoretical knowledge and professional skills of midwifery, improve teaching effectiveness and cultivate students’ comprehensive professional qualities and autonomous learning ability.
