实现了一种采用节点与总线双冗余结构的CAN总线煤矿变电站温度监测网络的设计。本网络可将煤矿变电站的多个封闭式开关柜的温度数据自动周期性地向网络中主节点传输,并且在PC机上显示数据。每个节点均采用高性能单片机C8051F060作为主控单元,系统通过单片机控制多路模拟开关,使用了2条独立的总线通路,通过对网络中主节点进行备份设计,完成了节点与总线双冗余设计的网络结构,大大提高了监测网络的可靠性。
The design of CAN bus temperature monitoring network for coal mine substation with a dual redundant structure of nodes and buses is realized. This network can automatically convert the temperature data of several enclosed switchgears in a coal mine substation periodically to the master node in the network and display the data on the PC. Each node adopts high-performance single-chip microcomputer C8051F060 as the main control unit. The system controls multiple analog switches through single-chip microcomputer and uses two independent bus paths. Through the backup design of the master node in the network, the dual redundant Design of the network structure, greatly improving the reliability of the monitoring network.
