文章运用问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计等研究方法,对陕西省普通高校非体育类专业大学生的武术认知状况进行了调查研究,认为:非体育类专业大学生对于武术的认知较为片面,但通过学习武术后,其认知水平有很大提高;学生对武术的喜欢程度很高,但武术基础较差。学生学习武术的动机良好,但是由于学习时间不足、场地器材缺乏、学习内容单调等方面的原因,学生学习的积极性与热情不高。并针对大学生武术认知及武术教学中存在的问题,结合陕西高校武术教学的实际情况,提出相应的教学改革与发展对策。
By using the research methods of questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates the cognition of non-sports majors in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province. It is concluded that the recognition of non-sports majors in martial arts is one-sided, However, after learning Wushu, its cognitive level has been greatly improved. Students like Wushu very much, but Wushu has a poor foundation. The motivation of students to learn martial arts is good, but due to lack of learning time, lack of venue equipment, monotonous learning content and other reasons, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students is not high. According to the existing problems of Wushu cognition and Wushu teaching in colleges and universities and the actual situation of Wushu teaching in Shaanxi colleges and universities, this paper puts forward corresponding teaching reform and development countermeasures.
