通过对湖南某铅锌矿工艺矿物学和浮选工艺的试验研究,寻找到了适合该矿石的药剂制度和工艺流程。试验结果表明,采用优先浮选流程和所选药剂条件,铅锌各系统经过一粗三精一扫闭路流程,获得了铅精矿品位63.77%,回收率80.16%;锌精矿品位58.66%,回收率85.81%的良好浮选指标。
Through the experimental study of process mineralogy and flotation process of a lead-zinc mine in Hunan Province, the system and process of medicament suitable for the ore are found out. The test results show that the system of lead and zinc through a crude three refined sweep closed circuit, the use of preferential flotation process and selected pharmaceutical conditions, obtained lead concentrate grade of 63.77%, the recovery rate of 80.16%; zinc concentrate grade of 58.66% The recovery rate of 85.81% good flotation index.
