本文对4万m~3制氢转化炉猪尾管断裂管利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等多种检测手段进行组织、成分、断裂方式和断口形貌分析。结果表明:该猪尾管晶粒间析出碳化物(Fe,Cr)_(23)C_6,焊缝组织中含有过量铁素体,断裂方式为沿晶开裂。经分析认为焊接时工艺控制不当,在高温区停留过久造成焊缝附近晶间析出(Fe,Cr)_(23)C_6,导致晶界贫铬从而产生晶间腐蚀,最终造成沿晶开裂。
In this paper, the microstructure, composition, fracture mode and fracture shape of pork tailpipe tube of 40,000 m ~ 3 hydrogen reformer were investigated by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) Analysis. The results show that the microstructure of pig tail tube is precipitated with carbide (Fe, Cr) _ (23) C_6, and the weld microstructure contains excessive ferrite, and the fracture mode is intergranular cracking. The analysis shows that the process is improperly controlled during welding, and the (Fe, Cr) _ (23) C_6 precipitates in the vicinity of the weld due to the improper control of the welding process, resulting in the intergranular corrosion due to chromium depletion in the grain boundary, resulting in the crack along the crystal.
