研究了一类随机时滞细胞神经网络的全局随机渐近稳定性.利用拓扑度理论,Lyapunov稳定性理论和M-矩阵的方法,给出了系统全局随机渐近稳定的代数判据.
The global stochastic asymptotic stability of a class of cellular neural networks with stochastic delays is studied. By using the topological degree theory, the Lyapunov stability theory and the M-matrix method, algebraic criteria for the global stochastic asymptotic stability of the system are given.
