目的探讨北京市孕前女性的体成分状况。方法 2010年6-8月于本院就诊的100名妇女,利用肌肉功能分析系统(Mobility Evaluation System-Mes-01S20,MES)测量身高、体重、全身脂肪百分比(body fat percent,BF%)、全身脂肪分布(fat distribution,FD)、股骨颈抗骨折能力(FS)、下肢肌力(strength of lower limb,SL)(倍体重),计算体重指数(body mass index,BMI)。结果 100名妇女年龄21~39岁。其BF%、FD、BMI、FS、SL水平(均数±标准差)分别为(30.8±5.6)(、110.03±38.51)、(21.63±3.21)(、11.9±0.8)(、2.32±0.41)。其中,BF%和FD平均水平高于正常参考值上限,BMI、FS、SL平均水平在正常参考值范围内。100名妇女中,86%妇女为超重者(FD>100 g/cm),93%有一定程度的膝关节损伤(膝关节损伤程度>0.5),47%有下肢肌力减退(SL<2.25)。结论北京市青年女性普遍体脂超量,肌力下降。
Objective To investigate the body composition of pregnant women before pregnancy in Beijing. Methods 100 women who visited our hospital from June to August in 2010 were asked to measure the height, weight, body fat percent (BF%), body mass index (%) by using the Mobility Evaluation System-Mes-01S20 Fat distribution (FD), femoral neck fracture resistance (FS), strength of lower limb (SL) (body mass index) and body mass index (BMI) were calculated. Results 100 women aged 21 to 39 years old. The levels of BF%, FD, BMI, FS and SL were (30.8 ± 5.6), (110.03 ± 38.51), (21.63 ± 3.21), (11.9 ± 0.8), (2.32 ± 0.41) . Among them, BF% and FD average level higher than the upper limit of normal reference, BMI, FS, SL average level within the normal reference range. Of 100 women, 86% of women were overweight (FD> 100 g / cm), 93% had some degree of knee injury (knee injury> 0.5) and 47% had lower extremity myotonia (SL <2.25) . Conclusion Young women in Beijing generally have excess body fat and decreased muscle strength.
