多普勒超声诊断技术,是一种无身体危害、无放射性损伤的活体临床诊断方法,是医学影像技术的重要内容之一。该诊断技术现已广泛用于人体临床医学疾病的诊断和畜牧兽医领域,但在水生动物领域应用不广,而在渔业资源保护、亲本的性别鉴定、繁殖能力和发育状况的评估中,活体诊断技术是必要的。笔者用My Lab20Plus超声诊断仪对鲶鱼内脏及性腺发育进行了实验观察及解剖对照,本文详细记录了实验的结果,分析了实验动物的超声影像图。
