针对星载二次电源电磁兼容试验中辐射发射的超标问题,提出了电磁兼容预设计方法。分析二次电源电磁干扰产生的机理,利用SPICE仿真器建立传导干扰的电路等效模型,优化电路设计得到传导干扰源;应用修正的单线模型近似计算辐射干扰,根据计算结果,利用遗传算法优化等效偶极子的数目和分布位置建立场等效模型;基于场路结合的方法,以传导干扰谐波源为新的激励源导入场等效模型仿真辐射干扰。根据近似计算和仿真分析,提出从原理电路和电路板版图改进的措施,从而实现电源研制初期的预设计。对比仿真结果和实测数据,二者趋势基本一致。该方法的应用使得辐射发射标准测试一次顺利通过。
Aiming at the problem of excessive radiation emission in electromagnetic compatibility test of spaceborne secondary power supply, a pre-design method of electromagnetic compatibility is proposed. Analyze the mechanism of electromagnetic interference generated by secondary power supply, establish the circuit equivalent model of conducted interference using SPICE simulator, and optimize the circuit design to obtain the conducted interference source. Calculate the radiated interference by using the modified single-line model, and optimize it by genetic algorithm Based on the combination of field and path, the radiated interference was simulated by introducing the harmonic field source as the new excitation source into the field equivalent model. According to the approximate calculation and simulation analysis, the measures to improve the principle circuit and the circuit board layout are put forward to realize the pre-design of the initial stage of power supply development. Comparing the simulation results with the measured data, the trend of the two is basically the same. The application of this method makes the standard test of radiation emission pass smoothly.
