本文简要论述了在传统生产条件下,运用EPC法开发生产汽车覆盖件模具进行的工艺分析、工艺设计,提出了生产中应注意的一些问题。得出结论:对于通用汽车覆盖件模具铸铁件可用普通可发性 EPC作为模型材料,CO2-水玻璃砂作为造型材料,获得高质量铸件。
This article briefly discusses the process analysis and process design of the automobile panel mold developed and produced by EPC method under the traditional production conditions and puts forward some problems that should be noticed in the production. The conclusion is that for ordinary GM mold cast iron castings, normal expandable EPC can be used as modeling material and CO2-sodium silicate sand as modeling material to obtain high quality castings.
