配制了以稀土元素为主的可锻铸铁复合孕育剂,进行了生产实验,研究和分析了稀土复合孕育剂对可锻铸铁石墨化退火周期的影响.结果表明,采用稀土复合孕育剂,能有效缩短可锻铸铁的退火周期,改善可锻铸铁的机械性能.
The compound inoculant was prepared with rare earth element as the main malleable cast iron, and the production experiment was carried out. The effect of rare earth compound inoculant on graphitization annealing period of malleable cast iron was studied and analyzed. The results show that the rare earth compound inoculant can effectively shorten the annealing cycle of malleable iron and improve the mechanical properties of malleable iron.
